“If you’re self conscious focus on others”. Absolutely! This is why volunteer work and giving a helping hand creates flow and makes you realize how fortunate you truly are. Focus externally and the internal seems to fix itself without all that deep self reflection. Always spot on Alex. Keep up the great work.
