Alex, a little update: I incorporated reaching out to a friend or a professional once everyday. Today was especially meaningful, reaching out to an ex-student and friend who is dad of three. We took up immediately with the same ease and understanding we always had. It’s been years. It made my day. And perhaps a much more important reconnect than I realize.
Excellent list. I know most of them to be true from experience, so I’m keen to try the three I have not tried.
would love to hear how you get along, Michael!

Very Profound
thanks!
I love everything on this list. My top 5 are...
* Master one thing at a time
* Slow Down
* One minute of jumping jacks (Yes, this was a surprise one, but actually super important)
* Treat success as a moral obligation, not an option.
* Do more of what has already been validated.
