Another great read Alex. I turn 60 tomorrow. We just arrived in Lisbon for 2 weeks. Another thing to add to your list is to travel, travel, travel. Focusing outward, as you state, through travels, affords the opportunity to learn about others and their culture. It’s a big world out there. Don’t make your own world a small, insignificant one.
