What a coincidence! Just yesterday, I added a section called book shorts in my newsletter. Looks like I'm being influenced by you without knowing. I'm pretty excited to join short form
being human is being faulty in the first place. However, any fault is a trigger to show up in moments of deadlock in process. Take a wise, distant step back, disembark on your process - nature, walking, swim, cycle or alike... You will perform more engagingly, positive and harmonious towards milestones.
By the way, I'm an early bird as well - the best time of the day to be creative and pertinent with your content.
It always frustrates me when people say things like “I can’t do math” - what do you mean you can’t?
Doubt defines their actions. Sure, we might not be great at everything, like I doubt I’ll ever become a professional dancer, but I don’t have to be. I can just do it.
Do you have any examples of doubt like this you overcame, Alex?
Yes so true - we create our reality that way. I've doubted myself with everything I started, for example being able to speak coherently on video. Now I've recorded hundreds. I still suck, but that's another issue - kidding!
Great story and tips!
I totally agree that getting to work and going the first steps is what you need to do if you doubt yourself or try to find your self-belief.
I was stuck in this search and couldn't find it until I took action and showed myself that I can do it!
