How to feel less shitty and move forward with renewed purpose in the next 5 minutes

You ever get that stuck feeling?

Like you need to escape and try something exhilarating and fresh?

Or maybe you're super frustrated and feel like you're getting nowhere and no one respects you enough?

Or maybe you're experiencing this low-level hum of anxiety, and you can't quite pinpoint where it's coming from, and you just can't locate a sense of release or satisfaction, no matter what you do?

I know these intimately.

Much of my life has been spent here.

It's dark here and kinda itchy and annoying.

It's taken a lot of soul-searching and working on the solution with some intention that had me finding the one big solution to fix them all.

Sometimes people come to me with these problems and I can tell by the way they describe it that they probably need to start with the foundations:

• Less processed food.

• Better, longer sleep.

• More exercise.

• Vitamin D from real sun.

Beyond this, I've found one thing always helps me turn things around quickly, over and over and over again.

Hush, and wait your turn.

I know that I've been too self-obsessed when I feel a consistent sense of malaise.

It's all been about me.

I feel like the world owes me more love, and cuddles and attention.

I wish more people liked my videos.

I am incensed that that other dude on Twitter made more money than me last month. And he's only 17.

Me.

Take a freaking breath time.

Do it with me, and 1...2...3...

And breathe.

It's turnaround time.

Your purpose is to help other people come to life.

If you're so busy focused on yourself, how are you supposed to make this happen?

It's time to get back to lifting others, leading others, and contributing to the well-being of others.

Not everyone. That's impossible.

There will always be people you repel and who repel you.

No.

Focus on your tribe. Your gang.

Those crazies who share the same worldview as you and want similar things.

Now we're cooking with moon fuel.

How can you help these guys?

Quit whining and step up.

The minute you decide to turn your attention away from poor little you, and to your guys...

You'll feel a tingle in your chest.

The spark returneth.
