I've spent a sizeable chunk of my life uptight and nervous.
I get in my head, particularly when I believe I need to perform around other people, whether on a podcast, in a social setting, at a party or on a stage.
I've since overcome much of it by letting go of the need to be a certain way.
I also found compassion for myself because I could see I cared about making connections work.
