Great list Alex, you nailed it. I'd add a number #11, which would be to tell a story. Sharing a personal story from our life that taught us something, inspired us, or caused any kind of personal transformation, small or large, is a real gift an audience. Taking the risk of being authentic in front of others, being "painfully honest" as you say, is such a needed demonstration of humanness. Though in my experience the expectation that honesty will be painful is generated by my imagination. In real life, the honesty I can brave usually results in liberation and joy.
