Reading this I've just realised how far I've come in the last 2 years. I was Definitely looking for happiness... It wasn't anywhere to be found... Until I stopped, had a meltdown & found joy instead. The joy brought the happy and I found it in me and around me.

I can see how different I am already to some around me- when you see this you can't unsee it!!

Alex Mathers/Joe-Kwame,

in terms of Medical Research and Relevant Advice from a doctor… Diagnosis: Celebral Affection.

Senses have abandoned duty, neural activity is depressed, latent vacancy of senses.

You are right, Nature with all ist Beauty, breathtaking moments and Fresh Air is not even being noticed. However, back home your TV-Set 😊 telling you about AirPollution, Dumped, Floating Plastic around the Globe polluting oceans…, and one will start complaining again…

There is only one way to feed into Happiness. Step outside, be aware you are there now, Only. Quiet, Listen and Watch for the next 2 hours. No talking, no headset, no IPhone, no car, no traffic and if you wish to add one more… Nobody around but pure Nature. Step two would be meditation and mindfulness in search of Consciousness.

Reconnect your nerval structures…

Thank you, Alex, grateful for subtle address to reflecting ones…

Namasté, Joe-Kwame

“ I.e. spending lots of time outdoors, in the sun, eating meat, broth and a bit of fruit, and not typing in equations on Spreadsheets.”

Lots of good points here. As soon as I get back from Mexico vacation, meat and broth is all I’m getting for a couple weeks! All these tacos and drinks…
