The lack of forgiveness is a big one. As I’ve learned more about physiology and neurophysiology lately the chemicals and their effects on our bodies have tremendous implications in our lives. Moving is essential both for our physical health, our mental health as well. Those two alone are life changing and even extending.
100% on all of these. I'm guilty of spending way, way too much time on #6, but in my late 30s, I've realized how much time and energy it has wasted, and how much it has affected how I show up in the world. Plus, it wreaks havoc on your hormones (much like not forgiving yourself/others, not moving your body...there's a common theme 🙃) and destroys your health in the long-term. Thanks for the reminders!
If we remind ourselves that our time on this earth is limited, these six things even make more sense.

couldn't agree more, Michael!
Thank you for this amazing list. Simple yet highly effective. Much appreciated! And needed.
my pleasure!
Being a human being is always challenging. Recognizing how you're responding and adjusting your response is the beginning of a new habit

Isn’t «good habit bombardement» another way to avoid feeling sadness?
