This is an excellent summary of Browne's ideas about freedom. My own experience with the book began when I saw Browne being interviewed on the Today show when the book first came out in the 70s. I was so blown away by Browne's calm rationality during the short interview that I immediately purchased and read the book. His ideas have stayed with me all of my life. During the 32 years that I taught positive psychology at my university, Browne was required reading for my students. The book is a classic.

Alex/Joe-Kwame,

summary sounds like a good book to be read.

I fully agree, except Item 8.) which would mean certainty is available. Reality is subject to change each day. Although, humans are likely to pretend having grip on truth and reality. However, it is your Subjective Truth which makes max. 10% of Reality. Plus perspective is yielding different Realities, after all. The more you abandon your Ego - self and I is void - the better.

Knowledge paired with Wisdom may serve as a navigation tool.

The bigger the world you enter with your personal project, the further you need to step back, change perspective and reassess for firming up. The more team members involved the better the potentiality.

Namasté, Joe-Kwame
