Give trust freely... but don't assume it will last. That's my biggest takeaway. I trust from the outset and have believed it will remain a valid decision. Until the other person or organisation changes course. Which they're entitled to do. But then I have to reset myself unexpectedly.
Now I can do this earlier on with less drama...maybe 😂
"stop trying to please everyone, and experiment with being honest and friendly, rather than nice and dishonest."
Emotions created within yourself by the outside world are not relevant. Emotions become relevant when you present your creative work honestly and straight to the outside world after disciplined and well-reflected work, focused on your effort to help others.
Competence, experience, patience and preparedness to listen. Listen to the ones evenly open and focused on good and helpful result for the benefit of team and yourself.
Ability to take a distant perspective in discipline, without emotions.
Excellent pierce of advice. Just what I needed. Thank you!
PIECE
(of advice … )😉
