Good points though diluted a bit, I think, by the use of the term “snowflakes.”

I agree that the "snowflakes" name-calling detracts from the good contents of the article.

We humans are notoriously loss-averse (ie the psychological pain of losing eats the pleasure of gaining for breakfast). When we're confronted with multitudes of options, our perceived opportunity costs skyrocket—hence the fabled paralysis of choice ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Great piece. Like Dennis Vargo not impressed with the ‘snowflake’ reference. It doesn’t suit your brand. More Tim Denning-like(preppy style) than Alex Mathers-like(thoughtful, respectful style). You’re better than that!
