Yeah buddy! I’m with you on these. I have implemented or am working to implement these as well… I’d also add, that I eat whole foods and keto centric whenever I can. I don’t like rigid rules so I set principles for myself like this an then if I’m hitting it about 75-85% of the time I call that a big win! Cheers!

Dr. Gabriel Mate worked for years with women who had cancer. Each woman, he contested recently, was a caregiver of everyone else but herself. This really says it all about how not taking care of yourself can bring about illnesses that can emerge from that self- disconnection.
Kudos to your list and to all of us who already practice those things and realize how valuable they— and we, are.
