I'm a 90s kid, no siblings so I shook hands with boredom a long time ago. Books came to my rescue & took me into a world of possibilities & creativities.
I’m not sure I get bored. Maybe it’s because I’m already comfortable with my own thoughts, or sitting quietly outside listening to nature. I don’t play video games or have social media. I’m an 80s kid. But, I’m going to try and notice the stillness; see if I can experience boredom to practice developing mental resilience. Thanks for a new perspective!
