I understand that those habits tangentially describe authenticity. I’m still genuinely curious, what would be a specific definition of authenticity for you?

That's kind of the point. You can't really define authenticity. No one will ever reach 100% authenticity. If I had to define it, it would be operating with less self-criticism and more in line with an inner, guiding wisdom

Why couldn’t we define it?

Based on your issue, it sounds like it’s about being transparent with what’s going on for you (thoughts, emotions, life direction, etc.)

Be willing to be a beginner; don't shy away from new things or activities because you think you will look stupid.

EXIT ON SELF AND I – SERVE HUMAN EXISTENCE

Good Morning Alex/Joe-Kwame,

this time I am not fully certain, whether your excellent, integrated results on this hot-spot term are 100% yours. Apologies, for daring to say…

Apart from that your project is giving way to success, provided your readers will understand and realign themselves, after all…

Disciplined acting in line, plus endeavouring supported by a count of relevant activities to soothe your mind, bring your emotions to Rest and Peace and finally amalgamate Mind, Heart & Emotions to the benefit of outside world.

Thank you!

Namasté, Joe-Kwame

Sorry I don't know what you are asking me. You write a lot but I cannot understand the point of what you say my friend.
